귤림추색

 

감귤밭에 감귤이 노랗게 익어갑니다. 이제 조금 있으면 감귤 따는 손길이 바쁘겠지요.

감귤밭을 배경으로 한 모습을 예부터 영주십경의 하나로 "귤림추색"이라 하였지요.

그 모습을 담아 봅니다.

 

 

 

The name Gyulimchusaek comes from autumn landscape of mandarin orchards around the Ohyeondan Shrine in old Jeju City.  There has long been an abundance of mandarins here in Jeju. They make the autumn landscape of the island a magnificent, glowing golden orange.According to an ancient document, Gyulimchusaek refers to the view of the mandarin trees across the island rather than ones that belong to a specific place.
